Mmhhh, so cozy! There are a few important care tips to ensure that your cardigan stays cozy and beautiful for a long time.<\/p>\n

Care<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Wool is a \"living\" material, so let it breathe. This means: it's best to let your cardigan get some fresh air for half an hour (or longer) after every time you wear it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Washing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The COZY VAN DORLE jacket can easily be hand washed in the sink or machine washed at a maximum of 30 degrees. It is best to use a gentle wool detergent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The soft alpaca hair loves to be lightly spun, so the fluffy hairs stand up again and the jacket is as good as new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important note: Almost more important than the right temperature for machine washing is the low spin speed. It should not exceed 400-600 revolutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drying<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you have a tumble dryer, you can spin-dry your Cozy van Dorle jacket perfectly in the wool program for approx. 15 minutes. After that it is as good as dry. However, you should still leave it to rest for a few hours before wearing it again. The best way to do this is to pull it slightly into shape and then lay it loosely on a dry towel. If you don't have a tumble dryer, you can pull the cardigan into shape straight after washing and lay it loosely on a towel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Storage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Do not hang, but lay. As wool is very flexible and likes to move with you, you should not hang your cardigan. This may cause it to involuntarily become longer and longer and the shoulder area could get unpleasant \"bumps\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best storage method for cardigans is to roll them up. Simply fold in the sleeves, fold the cardigan loosely in the middle and then roll it up. This way you can store several knitwear items in a drawer or compartment.<\/p>\n\n\n

The pill effect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Almost every yarn develops small patches of wool after a certain period of wearing, especially on the inside of the arms. This is perfectly normal and a sign of quality. If the \"pilling\" bothers you, you can gently pluck off the little lumps or remove them with a wool comb. Please do not use scissors!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
